Q) From my initial request, how long will it take for regular arrangements to be set up?
A) We try and set these up very quickly. With a bit of notice, we can assign your own member of staff within days.
Q) Can I set my own days and times?
A) Of course you can. Once these have been established, the same days and times will be honoured
Q) What about Public Liability Insurance?
A) Yes- we are FULLY insured
Q) Will I get the same Member of Staff each time?
A) Yes you will. Of course there are days where this Member of Staff is sick, on Holiday or leaves the Company -then you will be allocated another suitable person.
Q) How much notice do you need for a cancellation?
A) At least 24 hours
Q) Can I leave your Company a spare set of keys?
A) We are key holders for many of our Clients. This is added security and peace of mind for you and your family.
Q) What areas do you cover?
A) We cover the full BCP area.
