1. From my initial request, how long will it take for regular arrangements to be set up?

We try and set these up very quickly. With a bit of notice, we can assign your own member of staff within days.

2. Can I set my own days and times?

Of course you can. Once these have been established, the same days and times will be honoured

3. What about Public Liability Insurance?

Yes- we are FULLY insured

4. Will I get the same Member of Staff each time?

Yes you will. Of course there are days where this Member of Staff is sick, on Holiday or leaves the Company -then you will be allocated another suitable person.

5. How do you select your Members of Staff?

An initial telephone interview will be held. If they sound promising, they are invited to our Offices for a full interview. They have to supply references which are thoroughly checked. If their experience is satisfactory, they start on a 3 month trial basis. Our staff are CRB/DBS checked (police checked)

6. If I am not happy with my allocated Member of Staff, what can I do?

You call us- explain your discontent, and we will have them replaced by the next visit.

7. How much notice do you need for a cancellation?

At least 24 hours

8. Can I leave your Company a spare set of keys?

We are key holders for many of our Clients. This is added security and peace of mind for you and your family.
